Dear Patient:

I am proud to announce that after nearly 60 years of practicing dentistry, I will be retiring. I will miss practicing dentistry, but most of all, I will miss the wonderful friendships I have enjoyed with my patients.
I thank you for sharing a part of your life with me.

Dr. Linda Himmelberger has assumed my dental practice at its present location. I know that you will find
her to be a warm, compassionate and gentle dentist worthy of your trust and confidence. You may already
have had the opportunity to be treated by her, as we have been in practice for many years together and
have shared the responsibility for caring for one another’s patients on a regular basis.

Your records, x-rays and the staff will remain with the practice to make the transition as easy as possible
for you and your family. Kathleen will continue as office manager; Marcy and Michelle will be the first voices you hear when you call the office; and, of course, Deb, Lisa, Diane and Jean Marie will be seeing you for
your regular hygiene appointments.

Again, I would like to thank you for your confidence and support over the years and extend my best wishes for your continued dental health.

Warmest regards,

Edmund J. McGurk, D.D.S.
